p90x Day 40

Been 13 days since my last workout. Mostly because I am lazy. The other thing was that I was sick. I knocked one out last night and I am going to try and do it again. In the interim, I have been eating well and my weight is down to 154. My target weight is 150 so i am pretty close. I have lost some muscle tone but I have lost fat, too so its been okay.

Just saw

some of the comments ... I never read them before. Thanks for the kind words. I am freshly motivated from reading that. day 39 is going down tonight and we are posting pictures Monday morning hopefully at least at day 45.

Been too long

since I have blogged and worked out. Did not P90x yesterday and not since last Tuesday so that would be 1 day in the last 2 weeks. More than anything, I am tired and my wife is tired too. Just being lazy. On the plus side, I have been eating well and am down to 155. my target weight is 150. I look pretty good but have been losing so muscle definition in my arms. My abs look great because of the lack of fat. Need to get back on the horse though. Could probably really pop if I got into it hard for the next 10 days.

I started the Kempo X and I just do not like it. I feel like a tool doing it. I dont like the punching and kicking. I may turn that day into a tennis day or other cardio day. Just no fun doing that. I may have liked that less than the Yoga x

Breakfast and Luncn today

Had a protein shake for breakfast this morning. For lunch I have chicken soup and some rather healthy snacks. Not sure what the wife is making for dinner but I do have a meeting at church tonight and those are usually fat foof festivals so we'll see how much will power I have!

p90x day 35

Lats night back on the system. We did legs and back. Lots of pull ups and leg burning excersises. Gonna get to 45 days before I post pictures again. There was an ab ripper x attached to that one last, too.

I have the outline of like a 6-8 pack but I am struggling to get it to pop out. I think I need to up my cardio or even more watch what I eat.

Wife did it with me again last night and she is on day 5 and you can tell already with her results. Gonna post her pictures after 14 days.

This past weekend

Well after the crazy ass yoga, we had Friday to do the next one and a stomach virus hit the house. The kids got sick and Walma got sick so I was taking care of them all Friday night and Saturday. So I missed the workout Friday and Saturday I cut the grass in like 95 degree heat but cannot count that as a p90x day. Sunday, they were still in recovery mode and we did not work out.

Monday I got what they had. Had to leave work early and was quite sick on the back end if you know what I am saying.

day 34 down

The wife and I did the Yoga X or attempted to do the Yoga X last night. It was way too hard. I had done some Yoga beofre and my wife has done alot of yoga and it was too hard for her. Previously, I had been skipping the yoga because I just dont like Yoga and I may continue to skip it. Way too difficult and I am not flexible at all. Plus the workout was like an hour and a half.

My eating

Its still just okay. I am sure it could be much better. I have decided to really regimen my eating now. I still snack too much so I have to fix it. My new job starts at like 9:15 and ends at 4:15 so starting Monday this will be the new eating schedule

Breakfast 6:30-7:00 AM- either oatmeal, egg whites, protein bar, or protein shake( maybe cereal on Friday.

9:30- snack fruit or 100 calorie snack bar

11:00 vegetables( either corn, or green beans, or something like that)

12:30 lunch: a piece of protein filled meat( chicken, fish, etc) and fruit

2:00 snack: 100 calorie snack

5:00- Dinner

Updates

Up to day 33. been on three days in a row. Wife is actually doing it with me. She is on day 3. Much easier to do it with someone else. I was thinking of quitting on my own.

Worked out in the morning on Monday and Tuesday before work and then last night. I look like shit at night but when i wake up in the morning by body looks less crappy! I will post pictures at day 40 so they are coming soon.

Back to Work

Both P90x and school. Its been way too hard to eat well and execise. so being at work will solve some of that. I have worked out before school each of the past two mornings but just to get my muscles back in order. Did not count the days. Gonna wait until Monday for that and pick up full time.

I actually lost weight while I was on vacation but that was more muscle. I am at 158 right now. Target weight is still 150 with tone and definition so that is at least still attainable.

He's Back!!!

Wow been way too long. Just to update. I was on vacation in Puerto Rico for a month. I had intentions on pulling a "Hershel Walker" during my trip and just doing push ups and sit ups on my trip to stay in shape. That lasted for like 5 days. My diet consisted of everything and anything fried and pepsi. So I had 53 p90x days when I left and did nothing to help the situation while on vacation. Came back took off the 30 days and started at 23 days and have been working out sporadically since i got back and I am now at 30 days.

Muscle Milk

I bought a muscle milk this morning. It tastes ok but not great. Its stawberry and creme. They cost alot of money in the vending machine at publix but I paid and it gave me two so I was pretty stoked!

Days 52 and 53

Got in a workout last night and this morning. School is out so its easier for me to work out and I have the energy to do so. The goal is to get to 60 days before I go to Puerto Rico and it looks doable. In PR I am only going to have my resistance band and my perfect push up. Going to try and do 200 push ups a day and 400 sit ups. I heard Hershel walker never lifted a weight and got that big from doing only push ups and sit ups. Lets see what happens!

Day Off

Took last night off. Benjamin had his pre-k end of the year assembly last night. Got home and watched Grey's Anatomy and WOW! Very scary. Very disturbing. Had to stay up and watch a couple of happy shows to get that out of my mind.

Its Friday Pizza Day. We'll see about working out.

Day 51

Trying to knock them out ya'll. May be getting easier to do as school is letting out this week. Would still like to get to 60 days before I go. Its bad though. I want to quit. I see myself in the mirror and see the progress and want to quit. Its not too hard I am just apathetic because I have come so far in how I look. Gotta push through!

Weekend wins again

Um lets see. Friday-Sunday nothing. I did go to the pool on Sunday with the kids and felt the need to "fake pump up" and did some crunches and lifted the weights to get a fake look for the pool but not a real workout. I did play about 20 minutes of tennis on Saturday with my brother but not a real sweat inducing thing.

The food was pretty bad too. Friday night went to the movies and saw Iron Man 2 which was awesome. I had nachos and cheese and 2 medium sodas. Then we went out and I had more food at Bahama Breeze. Again, not good. Good food, just bad choices.

Then I compunded it by not working out on saturday besides the tennis. Ate pizza that night and snacked later that evening as well.

Sunday, still no workout. Had chinese for dinner. Just all round, not good food choices.

yesterday was to be the back on it day but some marital discourse took that out too. I woke up this morning, planning on doing something but fell back asleep. I did wake up and bang out some crunches and lifted the dumdbells to get a sweat and then some ab ripper x. Still not enough to count it as a day in P90x world.

Torture

Today is our luncheon for our office aides. They have cheese dip and nachos. That is the only thing tempting. AND ITS IN MY OFFICE!!! Have to be in here with that smell. Not sure how long I can hold out.

Day 48

It was to be a double but just wound up being carido. Today is Friday and its a day off again and pizza night. I am not having pizza tonight, though. I have a date with my wife. Going to Bahama Breeze and then going to finally see Iron Man 2.

Lunch Today

I took the day off.... It was awards night at church. Had a cupcake. Had an ice cream bar. Fried pork chops and plantains for dinner. Day off so I dont feel too bad. Tonight I am gonna play some tennis and then come home and lift weights before bed. Gonna count it as a double to get to 49 days.

Yesterday for lunch

The reason I kind of went hard yesterday is that I knew I did not pack enough food to get through the day yesterday and when we got to lunch, I ate and was still crazy hungry. I could have had a salad or something but it was hot wings day and I got them and fries and crushed them all. So two lunches, along with everything else. Had a sensible dinner but was still paying for the fries and all that last night. Not cool!

Day 47

kempo Cardio... some tennis cardio although not alot and then I did back and shoulders just for fun. Im only counting it as a single day and not a double because I did not want to. I did an abbreviated ab ripper x as well.

Today we have church and our close out church party. should be lots of sweetened goodies floating around that I will need to avoid. Technically an off day as well but I may do something depending upon how I feel.

Day 46

Arms and shoulders last night with an ab ripper x. Sort of sore but not sore enough. Really need to kick it up for the next few weeks before we go to Puerto Rico.
Still been tough to focus with all this job stuff floating around.

Last night after I worked out, I hit a huge protein moment. Protein shake, muscle milk, and chicken breasts.

Cardio tonight. Gonna try and really go hard tonight.

Not on the RIF'd List

I was not one of the employees that will be lsoing their job( Thank God!). Its hard to be overhwhelmingly happy about it though because of all the other people that are on the list. But for me, it was good news so far. Now we have to see where God is going to put me.

Job issues

Today I and many others will find out if we have employment in the county this year. Again, be praying for God's will to be done. In church yesterday we talked about faithfulness in the tough times and being without a job would no doubt be tough...BUT do you have the faith to wait and see what God has in store for you? That is my hope and prayer. For counselors, the cuts are not to be as severe as the cuts to teachers( over 500) so be praying for all of those guys.

Will post when I know something!

Day 45 and the weekend

I dont usually work out on Friday nights because its pizza night but the wife was going out with her friends for a girls night out Mother's day thing so I was able to eat relatively healthy with the kids, put them to bed and knock out day 45.

The rest of the weekend.... Mother's day breakfast on Saturday. Ate alot of bacon. Dinner was pizza and I had alot of it along with pepsi. Sunday, started off great with a protein shake and then we came back after church for brunch and more bacon. Alot more! But overall I dont think the weekend won as big as it usually does.

day 44 cardio

Tennis cardio... burning much more calories than anything that I would do with P90x Yesterday. Weekend coming. YIPES! Will be looking for mind distractions. Job issues is to resolves itself on Monday so if you are a person of prayer, pray for me this weekend. I am going to work out tonight. Saturday I am going to try and Sunday will be a planned day off.

New Supplements

I am taking the Mega Man supplements from Vitamin World. Plus with that Ginseng and Fish oil. Still looking to up the protein daily.

weekend wins!

P90x goes down for 3 days!!! I worked out Thursday. Friday was not to be a off day but it was. Had Chik Fila for dinner. Saturday I had the kids all day. Ate subway for lunch and then chinese for dinner. Not too bad but then came Sunday. Reasonable breakfast but for lunch we went to the Circus Carnival. I had a funnel cake, french fries and then for dinner we had pizza again. ARHHHH!! Back on the horse today. Will do the double and well get to day 42.

Day 40

How about that 40 days!!! Did arms and shoulders last night. Did not do the double because I was so tired after I did the weights. Oh well. Feeling good, though. Job situation is still influx but I feel pretty good about where God is leading me so no worries.

We actually had pizza last night so I am not sure what we are going to eat tonight. Its not a planned night off since I took off Wednesday but I really do not know. I would really like to try to get to 60 days before we go to Puerto Rico.

Day off

Took the night off last night..... Had some troubling job news. Basically that I for sure will not be back at my current job. It kind of sapped my energy to want to work out last night as my mind was clearly elsewhere. But God is good and I am sure HE will find a place for me to be at next year so no worries....

Gonna try and get it back tonight. Still sore from Tuesday and Monday. Its to be weights tonight and I was thinking if the weather was nice to double it up with some cardio by playing tennis tonight

Off day today

Day 39

Kempo last night. I kind of hit it hard but my back is killing me from day 38. Still got the heart rate up and finished. I like how they are adding new exercises so your body does not get used to the same thing( muscle confusion). Had a Myoplex bar and some water and hit the bed at 10:30PM. Trying to get into bed and asleep before 11 everyday from now on. Need more sleep.

Day 37 and the weekend

Friday night I had my usual pizza night and my day off. Saturday I worked out and Sunday I took another day off. Just did not feel like working out. We wound up going out for chicken wings and I had a few and onion rings and fries. Bad day overall but I earned it. Im back on P90x tonight.

Our trip is coming on June 1st. I am going to try and get to 60 days before we go. On the trip, I am taking my perfect push ups and my resistance band and that will be the extent of my working out for a month.

Day 36 cardio

Instead of doing the P90x cardio day, I took it out for a run last night. One because I needed a break from P90x and 2 to clear my head with all the job stuff going on where I work. It felt good although I should have brought a jacket because it was colder than I thought. I ran ( well 90% of the time) about 1.5 miles. Been a long time since I did that. I also rememebred why I dont because I do have shin splints and they start hurting when I run for long periods of time. But I did do it. Burned off some good calories and will try to add it in everyonce and then as we move through this.

Day 35

Last night should have been cardio intensive but I wound up doing weights instead. I am very sore after 2 days of weights. Today I am going to try and go for a run( which I have not done since college). I have church tonight so no weights and in the bed early. Need to up the cardio and up the sleep to lose more weight.

Got my weights finally

Got my new dumbells. Pictures to come later. I got some 25 lbs and some 15 lbs. Gonna be sore tomorrow. and truth be told, the lack of weights did contribute to my motivation in wanting to go hard this weekend.

weekend update

Worst weekend for p90x ever. I did nothing since Thursday night. Axtually I did do some sit up and push ups bu that is it. I ate terribly. I drank a lot of beer. Just did not feel like it. Thursday was great. Friday, pizza, pepsi. No workout. Saturday, woke up early and could have worked out. DIDN'T! Went out Saturday night. Ate great food that is bad for you and then drank 5 Heinikens. I did dance alot of the night so that may have burned off some calories. Sunday was so tired from the night before, I did nothing. Just an awful weekend.

Day off yesterday

Church on Wednesday's. Came home late and went to bed. Ate sort of okay last night if you count salisbury steak and potato salad ok. lunch today was vegetables and left over steak. Not sure what is for dinner tonight but I am going to work out tonight. Its a weights day. Still do not have the new, heavier weights. Im having a hard time borrowing them from anyone( like they are working out)

Day 32

Got it done last night..... Heavy cardio! Need to keep it up. Cannot get past 159 pounds. Gotta get my eating in order, too. Still doing well for breakfast but too much snacking at work. Today will be a sort of day off. I have church tonight andn after I will do some resistance training but not really a day on p90x. Trying to get some dumbells today so I can hit the weights again on Thursday.

Day 31

Got through it last night. I am for sure getting stronger because I did alot more pull ups and push ups than I ever had. I would still like to see more in the weight loss department. P90X has levels where you can work and I think next week I may go for the "lean"which is pretty much all cardio. Plus I have maxed out the dumbells I have and I need new ones( 15-20 lbs) so I can start to build muscle again

Vacations are bad

Good for the soul and for rest but bad for eating and motivation on a workout program. Back to my job today and back on a more managable p90 schedule. I have done the first 30 days and I have lost about 7 pounds. From the pictures and looks of things, I look better. I certainly feel better. I just need to push through. The next 30 I am going to hit harder than the first and really watch more of what I put in my mouth. Puerto Rico on June 1st and I want to be in decent shape when I hit that beach!

Days 25 and 26

Had to hit it hard to make up for time in Ohio. Been doing Cardio in the morning and then weights at night. Back on track. ate terrible in Ohio. Fried chicken, pizza, skyline, tons of soda and beer.... good time but not for my waistline

Going to Ohio

Have to go to Ohio this weekend for a funeral. Will be eating good, only in Ohio food and probably come back fatter but oh well. Gonna work out today before I leave but be off for Friday and possibly Saturday. Back on the P90x train on Sunday!

No updates recently

Been super busy on a work project.... updates should be coming back soon.
Still working out although I missed one day of Yoga. Back on the saddle yesterday for day 15 and day 16 tonight. Pictures to come soon!

Friday, March 19

Its pizza day. Breakfast was fine. then for lunch, way too much chik fila. Had a sandwhich and nuggets. and fries. AHHHHH! Then its pizza night too. Tonight may have turned into an unplanned day off.

Day 14 Plyometrics

Crazy Cardio. Again pushed myself hard on all three sets. Hopefully will see something soon in regards to this. Had a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich for my post snack last night. Probably not the smartest move.

Day 13 Chest and Shoulders

Very sore. I pushed myself harder today than any other day. I may even do week one over because I never had the push up/pull up things and they help alot. Its weird. In the morning, I see myself and I am like yeah. But by the time night comes, its Jabba the Hut again.

Last night and Today

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Had about 10 wings, 1 heineken, and a basket of onion rings. Did not work out last night. Had to punish myself today. Oatmeal for breakfast, grilled chiken salad and protein shake for lunch.

Have church tonight and then I need to workout. It will be day 13 I think. Its the start of the last three week cycle. I weight 160 this morning. Starting to see some slim down. Need to push myself this next week and really start to see the results and feel the burn

Day 12-Kempo

Had a good kickboxing workout last night.... Had a power milk after the workout. Today is the day off/stretch. Headed to Buffalo Wild Wings for some food and a couple of beers.

Lunch today

had beef fajita meat and a vegetable salad( corn and green beans). Dinner tonight will be leftovers from yesterday( beef, rice, and beans)

Tonights workout is the kempo( kick boxing/cardio). My muscles could use the break so I am ready for that. Not as sore as I had been in the past

2 Workouts

Sunday I worked out twice. Once after church with resistance bands and then my regualr P90x workout. Had to make up for that Saturday night and all those plantains I ate.

Weight as of Sunday morning, 161 pounds. I can actually start to see some of the results. My belly is not near as big( which is probably the lack of drinking soda), I am starting to narrow in the waist, and my lats are starting to bump up just a bit.

Weekend Food

Saturday, I had a protein shake for breakfast. Then a 6 in subway sandwhich for lunch. For dinner we had steak fajitas which were really good if not that good for me. For some reason Saturday night I could not stay full and was snacking like crazy that night.

Sunday breakfast was a protein shake and for lunch roast chicken and pasta. For dinner we had ground beef, rice and beans. Plus we had fried plantains which for sure are not good for me.

Sore

Very sore from last nights workout although I made it through it for maybe one exercise. Would still like to see more results from being this sore.

Breakfast and Lunch

Had some baked chicken and some ravioli for lunch and a smoothie for breakfast. Today is my cheat day so I will be eating pizza and drinking soda.

Tomorrow is Power Yoga. Gotta stay strong on the weekend about the food. Do not want to wreck everything binging on bad food.

Day 8 Polymetrics

Kick ass cardio last night. Got through it. Very hard and was worn out totally but doing alrigh today.

Had an awful meeting today but was able to get lunch at subway. Six inch Italian BMT, baked chips, diet lemonaide.

Breakfast this morning was 3egg whites scrambled with 1 egg whole. 1 piece honey, wheat toast.

Tonight for dinner I don't know. Day 9 is the arms and shoulders I think. Got my free weights so I can knock that out tonight.

weight 163

eye test- seems to look better. have lost in some ugly areas to look at but overall just scratching the surface. Hopefull weight by day 14, 160 pounds.

Breakfast/Lunch

Breakfast- Protein shake with OJ, strawberries, blueberries, and apples.

Lunch today- 4oz steak, 4 oz grilled chicken. I have potato salad but may not eat it because its crazy fattening. MEAT LUNCH!!!!

Dinner last night was grilled pork chop, corn on the cob and the potato salad.

Day 7

Starting the process over.... Honestly I am not sure if i can count day 1 from week 1 since I did not have the pull up bar. Pull ups will where you out and I am so sore today. I could not even finish the 2nd set. and underarm pull ups...forget it. I need to practice and do more pull ups to build up my endurance for week 3.

Dinner last night

We had spaghetti with meat sauce. I was fine but I took two servings. 1 because I was hungry. 2 because I fooled myself to thinking since I was working out I needed the carbs!!

Breakfast/lunch today

Oatmeal for breakfast. No fruit to go with it because it was not ripe.
Lunch today, 4 oz marianted grilled chicken breast and vegetable salad.
Plenty of snacks to go with it and tons of water

Legs and Back

Last nights workout was not too bad. I'm finally not sore every minute of the day. I forgot that day 6 was with an Ab Ripper x, though. So 200 ab execises later and I was dead when I went to bed finally.

Gonna start week 2 today. Remeber the first 3 weeks are the same excerises from week 1. So is day 7 today which is chest and shoulders. Alot of sit ups( for ab ripper x) and a ton of pull ups and push ups tonight. Lets see if this stuff is actually working.

Vitamins and other purchases

I did get some vitamins over the weekend. I am taking Flak seed oil, ginseng, my regular multivitamin, and fish oil.

I also purchased the pefect pull up and push up thing( pictures to come soon) for when I start week 2 of the first round. I have used them both already and I am going to be crazy sore!

I am going to post pictures after week 1. I guess the way I messed up the order I will post them on Tuesday night. Now tomorrow is my strecth/rest and Wednesday is week 2 with lesson 1.

Breakfast and lunch today

For breakfast today I had a whey protein shake with OJ, pineapple, strawberries, 1/2 and apple, blueberries. It was yummy and it fills me up so I brought no snack for the morning. Nothing till lunch time.

Lunch is 70z salmon and steamed brocolli.

Day 6-Legs and Back

I just looked at my blog and I got the order mixed up. I thought today was my rest day but its actually legs and back. And it should have been yesterday with Kempo today. I am new at this. Gotta get it together.

The weather is nice today. I am going to take my son out to play some tennis. I will probably warm up a bit myself today and get some cardio in before working out tonight.

Sunday-Day 5 Kempo

Sunday was to get back on the wagon after the trip. Woke up, did some push ups and sit ups just to get my heart pumping right again. I weighed myself and it said 160 and I was like WHAT!? That means I lost 6 pounds in less than a week and that did not seem right but the scale was set correctly.

Did all my church things. Oatmeal and a bannana for breakfast. Lunch I had Italian dressing marianted chicken and vegetable salad( corn and green beans). Dinner-- well I had about a 4 oz steak and about a four 0z salmon( not bad, right) AND THEN I had brocolli but I had mac and cheese and Corn on the cob which was bathning in butter.

So when I weighed myself last night I was 165 or so. same scale. Not sure what is up with the fluxuation.

Kempo was fine. Alot of punching and kicking. Not as sore as I have been but I did have two days off.

First Weekend on P90X

Well it was weird.

Friday was my day off. It was fine. I had a 6 inch Subway Club, diet lemonade, and baked chips for lunch. Not too bad.

We had pizza for dinner. I had 2 slices and 2 glasses of Pepsi but that was it. I was doing pretty good and then..... I heard that my Aunt who has been sick, was in the hospital and Hospice is going to be coming to take care of her soon. I am a stress eater and that made me more stressed out. I was good until later and had a bowl of Reduced Sugar Frosted Flakes. Not great.

Then Saturday, the family travled to Alabama to see my aunt. Traveling is no good for eating. However, I bought this whey protein shake formula and had that for breakfast. That filled me up really good. I did not snack short of raisins and then for lunch had a chicken sandwhich McDonalds and like 5 french fries and a Sprite. AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

For dinner I had a Cobb Salad at TGIF. Pretty bad day for eating.

Breakfast Today/Cheat Day

Today is actually my cheat day but I tried to stay good with it. I had a 4 eggs scrambled with 3 of them being egg whites and 1 piece of honey wheat toast with jelly.

Snacks today include a 100 calorie Lorna Doone Cookie pack, 2 boxes of raisins, and 1 bannana.

Lunch I think I am going to go to Subway but I don't know yet. Today is my cheat day. I am off from P90X and Friday is always pizza night in my family. I am scared. I eat alot of pizza and drink a ton of soda on Friday. Need to show some control( not sure if I have any, though)

Back on P90x tomorrow.

Day 4: Power Yoga

Yoga proved to me what I already knew.... I am not that flexible. I was able to get through it but some of it was tougher than I thought it would be. Today is the first day that I am not that sore.

How much do I eat in a day?

I love to eat and I love to snack more than eat so I know my caloric intake is probably higher than it should be. So I was looking at what I have today based on calories for lunch and breakast

For breakfast I had instant oatmeal. Its 160 calories. Then I have a bannana and a pear for a snack while at work. Bannan has about 100 calories and so does the pear. A box of raisins has 160 calories and I have for lunch 2 talapia filets and steamed vegetables which I am guessing is probably around 400 calories. Plus 2 100 calorie snack packs. So between lunch and breakfast, over 100o calories and then a dinner that is probably inbetween 500-600 calories so that leaves me around 1600-1700 calories a day which is not too bad. factor in that I am working out, I should see some sort of results soon( I hope)

Day 3 arms and Shoulders

Got through it. Was a little worried but I did make it. Had to use mu resistance bands instead of the dumbells because I do not have dumbells yet. Will try to get them for week 2. I lost 1 pound since I started on Monday( only 15 more to go). The worst part of day 3 is Ab ripper X. I am not flexible enough and not in shape enough to do many of the exercises. It shoul be better for week 2. I wound up doing probably 150 crunches( spread out over a few sets of course).

Where are the results?

I know its only day 2 but I am so sore and want to see something for all this hard work. It did take me a long time to get to this point so I guess i should not expect anything so quick but damn I am in pain. Let me see at least a 1 pack in my gut

Breakfast and Lunch Day 2

Breakfast today was Oatmeal and a bannana. Since we had the two hour delay, I wound up having an apple with peanut butter for a snack.

Lunch today is grilled chicken and a vegetable salad( corn and green beans). I have a pear and banana for snack and once again more water.

I want a pepsi Hopefully Friday during my cheat day

Day 2 P90X

Polymetrics is really just a fancy name for kick you a** Cardio. I made it through it though and did most of the excericises. I am more sore from that than I was from Day 1. Tonight is arms and shoulders I think and I am not sure I can lift my arms.

2 Hour early release

Just found out we are getting out of school 2 hours early for the snow. I did not move to Atlanta for this!!

Day 1 Chest and Back w/ab Ripper X
Day 2 Plyometrics w/Ab Ripper X
day 3 Shoulder and Arms
Day 4 Yoga
Day 5 Legs and back W/Ab ripper X
Day 6 kempo w/Ab Ripper X
Day 7 X Stretch/Rest

Food

The hardest part of this for me is going to be the food. I LOVE FRIED FOOD!!! French fries, potato chips. I have to hold that part down or all this will be for naught.

Today for breakfast, I had Oatmeal and 2 glasses of water

Snack at school today was 2 pears, a small box of raisins and more water

Lunch will be 2 filets of Talapia and steamed mixed vegetables. For dinner, whatever Walma is cooking. Hopefully its not fried chicken or pork chops. DAMN!

Day 1 P90x

March 1st was Day one doing p90x...actually I am using a bootleg version of P90x until my copy comes in the mail. I had set March 1st as my day to start so I am starting until then.

Day 1 was chest and shoulders and I am out of shape. I was able to do much of it but not all. Alot of push ups and pull ups in that and I am nowhere near strong enough to pull it off yet. But I made it through and the ab shredder, too.
