lunch today(not)

This is what i should've had for lunch. I forgot that monday's a lady in my office will bring in chili. I had three bowls. So this picture will be lunch tomorrow!

Breakfast today

I had oatmeal and a protein shake. For my early morning snack, I had half of a protein bar. Feeling pretty good this morning although I should have worked out. I was up at 4:30 to work out but stayed in bed because I did not want to do Kenpox. Should have done it and gotten it out of the way.

Did chest and arms last night. Did the pull ups finally and i was able to do a few. I skipped kenpo x. I do not like doing it but i may do it tonight to get it over with and i am too sore to do a weight day. Could use the cardio

the week off

Being off this week was good and bad. I was able to work out at a good pace and not be rushed. Bad its so hard to control your eating on vacation. Friday i had zaxbys and pepsi. Saturday pizza and 2 huge sprites. Just took out all the good from working out those days

been a couple days

Been hanging with the kids. Up to day 8 after shoulders and arms this morning. Feel pretty good. Ate well today except for dinner. Went to stevie b's pizza buffet. Had like 8 slices and a lot of coke! Tomorrow have yoga but i never do it so i will do kenpo x and pull a double with legs and back

Today

I feel much better both with being sick and my body. Most of the pain is gone. I took an 800 strong version of Ibuprofen last night and that did it. I probably could have gone this morning but decided against it. I know for sure I can go in the morning so I will be doing that.

Tonight is Pizza night so all diet eating is off the table. I had a sensible breakfast and lunch so I wont feel too bad about it. Will hit it strong tomorrow. Will skip the yoga and go to exercise 5 which is legs and back I think.

Pictures will be posted after I have 10 days in. Be looking for that!

Super Sore and sick

I am so sore today. May have overdone it the first 3 days. Not sure if I am going to get the 4:00 workout in tomorrow morning. Going to take advil for the pain and see what happens. My abs are killing me and my legs and back...not much better. Gotta push through tho

Day 4 Classic p90x

Is to be Yoga X which if you read this blog in the past, I did not do and did not like doing. I just feel like a tool doing yoga; although I know its because I lack flexibility and cannot do the moves so I get frustrated. I wanna keep the p90x train going though so I am not sure what I am going to do tomorrow morning? any suggestions?

Thursday Dinner

Thursday is usually Taco night. Last week I ate 9 taco's and like half of a 2 liter of pepsi. I am not sure what the wife is making for tonight but portion control needs to be in my head if its tacos.

New snack


New snack I found at Vitamin World. Detour Bar. Very good. Tastes like a Snickers. 30 grams of protein which is nice. Its literally a meal replacement so I only eat half of one every other day.

Breakfast this morning


I had instant oatmeal and a protein shake mixed with 1 banana and 5 strawberries. Been doing a good job of not eating too poorly which is probably why my weight has not ballooned.

Stats

My weight as of last night post workout was 162 lbs. My lowest after doing P90x for 45 days or so was 150. Even at that point, I was not working out but I think my metabolism had gotten so fast, I was still cutting weight. Now I am heavier but not too bad. I was 172 when I started last year. Still need to cut weight. Still need to cut soda. Its been since dinner monday night since I had one.

Back on the Program

Started P90x again. Had not worked out in a very long time. Lots of stuff going on and still going on but I need to take better care of myself. My son told me I was getting a belly like my brother and my brother is huge.

Did day 1 last night which was chest and back. Will post the numbers in a later post.
Did day 2 this morning at 4:30 AM which was Plyometrics.

I have small group at church tonight but the plan is to do day 3 Thursday morning at 4:30 AM.

Headed to Florida in April. Gotta get beach body ready!
