breakfast today

Egg whites with spnach and feta cheese. 2 strips of turkey bacon and a lot of fruit. Soup for lunch with fruit. I do so good for lunch and breakfast. Dinner I'm pig like in my eating

been too long

I have been working out just not blogging. I am @ 30 days. Took a long time to get here. Just been lazy here and there in September. Weight loss is really none. Look better esp in my arms back and shoulders but would like to lose more weight. Need to do more cardio
