Day 3 arms and Shoulders

Got through it. Was a little worried but I did make it. Had to use mu resistance bands instead of the dumbells because I do not have dumbells yet. Will try to get them for week 2. I lost 1 pound since I started on Monday( only 15 more to go). The worst part of day 3 is Ab ripper X. I am not flexible enough and not in shape enough to do many of the exercises. It shoul be better for week 2. I wound up doing probably 150 crunches( spread out over a few sets of course).
