Day 2 Plyometrics w/Ab Ripper X
day 3 Shoulder and Arms
Day 4 Yoga
Day 5 Legs and back W/Ab ripper X
Day 6 kempo w/Ab Ripper X
Day 7 X Stretch/Rest
This program for the first 3 weeks.
