Sunday I worked out twice. Once after church with resistance bands and then my regualr P90x workout. Had to make up for that Saturday night and all those plantains I ate.
Weight as of Sunday morning, 161 pounds. I can actually start to see some of the results. My belly is not near as big( which is probably the lack of drinking soda), I am starting to narrow in the waist, and my lats are starting to bump up just a bit.
