Breakfast and Lunch Day 2

Breakfast today was Oatmeal and a bannana. Since we had the two hour delay, I wound up having an apple with peanut butter for a snack.

Lunch today is grilled chicken and a vegetable salad( corn and green beans). I have a pear and banana for snack and once again more water.

I want a pepsi Hopefully Friday during my cheat day
