Day 32

Got it done last night..... Heavy cardio! Need to keep it up. Cannot get past 159 pounds. Gotta get my eating in order, too. Still doing well for breakfast but too much snacking at work. Today will be a sort of day off. I have church tonight andn after I will do some resistance training but not really a day on p90x. Trying to get some dumbells today so I can hit the weights again on Thursday.
