Day 15 Plyometrics

Woke up this morning and got cardio in. I love that workout because it makes me sweat and I am not someone who sweats easy. Gonna do day 16 tomorrow morning( legs and back) and take off at least Saturday and maybe Sunday with the holiday weekend. Going to be tempted to eat poor almost daily.

Pictures coming at the end of day 20. Honestly, I am not sure how I look. My belly is down for sure but my weight is about the same. I would like to cut weight like last time but its not happening yet. Not sure when I started to lose the first time( maybe I shoudl read my blog)
