dinner and after dinner workput

Ate clean all day today until dinner which is normal. Wound up @ shanes bbq. Had some pulled pork and ribs which were fine but had mac and cheese and frnch fries. Not good. So came home and tennis practice was cancelled so I skipped rope(500) and then did some arm exercises. Not counting a day but at least feel like I acomplished something today!

legs are killing me today

Did not feel it at all yesterday but today my hamstrings are tight and my calfs are on fire!

Scheduled Day off

Off today. Did not play tennis or jump rope. My legs are pretty blasted from yesterday. I want to play tennis tonight. Hopefully I can find someone to play with.

Got up this morning around 5:45 about 30 minutes later than I should have. But I got my lazy self up and did it. Gonna try and play tennis tonight if not skip rope(500)

p90x day 1(again)

After my poor fitness, I felt terrible. So I got up this morning and got day 1 in again. I gotta commit to doing this if I want to get in better shape AND look more fit

tennis last night

Had practice for mixed doubles and then played a set against one of the men. I won but it was ugly because my fitness is poor. No angles from like 4 all. Everything down the middle. Just really poor fitness
