Have not worked out
in a few days. Got some personal stuff going on that should be resolved in a few days and God willing will be resolved in a positive way for me. Pray for me and I will keep you posted.
On that note, I am still eating well. Have not fallen off with my eating at all. Just not working out. Maybe tomorrow but I think I am going to wait this situation out and hit it after that.

lunch today
These are actually really good and they are full of protein. Had this, a vitamin water, and a rice krispie treat :)

Day off today
Off today. Pizza night tonight and no Kashsi pizza. Full on pizza with soda. Its been such a rough week with the food. Gotta do better next week.
Day 14
Pulled the P90X double last night with Shoulders and Arms and ab ripper x. I felt prettty good. But I did have another poor eating night. I had chicken wings again. With fries and onion rings and pepsi. I ate all that before I worked out. So when I was about to take my pictures, i was looking pretty bloated. Not sexy!

day 13 Plyometrix
Woke up at 4:45 this morning and got day 13 in. I am going to try and pull the p90x double tonight and do shoulders and arms tonight. We'll see how it goes! I am going to try and get pictures up after my workout tonight. Post them in the morning(hopefully)!

Asian stir fry and 2 blueberry mufins. Small portions today. Had 4 huge taco's last night, 3 cokes, and a mexican cheese dip.

dinner last night
Bad food night. Saw it coming but could do nothing to stop it. 15 chicken wings, 3 rolling rocks(lite), basket of onion rings, 2 large sprites. Then no workout this morning. Need to punish myself today to even out my binge yesterday!

myoplex
I was able to get some myoplex cheap at big lots. Been using half the bottle as my base for my protein shakes. Good stuff!

Day 12 Kenpox
I did Kenpox this morning for day 12. I got up at about 4:30 AM. Popped in a creating and a glutamine and did the full routine. I had that egg/spinach scramble and then a protein shake before I headed off to work.
Going to Buffalo Wild Wings with friends tonight. I may have a beer or two which is probably better than 2 Pepsi's. Gonna load up on some wings tonight. Maybe they can grill them for me instead of frying them? I have never aksed if that is possible. I will tonight!

Day 11
Did a hybrid last night of shoulders and arms and chest. It got late at night and I wanted to work out my upper body so I went with this hybrid minus the pull ups. And I did and ab ripper x as well. I had to get something in last night as my planned day off is Wednesday.

This was 1 egg/3 egg whites mixed with baby spinach and 2 blueberry muffins. Had grape juice to wash it down

new supplements
Taking creatin and glutamine. Should help my workouts and help my body reover faster so i can see gains. Went with pill form. Powder creates more dishes to wash
