Worst weekend for p90x ever. I did nothing since Thursday night. Axtually I did do some sit up and push ups bu that is it. I ate terribly. I drank a lot of beer. Just did not feel like it. Thursday was great. Friday, pizza, pepsi. No workout. Saturday, woke up early and could have worked out. DIDN'T! Went out Saturday night. Ate great food that is bad for you and then drank 5 Heinikens. I did dance alot of the night so that may have burned off some calories. Sunday was so tired from the night before, I did nothing. Just an awful weekend.
