Good for the soul and for rest but bad for eating and motivation on a workout program. Back to my job today and back on a more managable p90 schedule. I have done the first 30 days and I have lost about 7 pounds. From the pictures and looks of things, I look better. I certainly feel better. I just need to push through. The next 30 I am going to hit harder than the first and really watch more of what I put in my mouth. Puerto Rico on June 1st and I want to be in decent shape when I hit that beach!
