Got through it last night. I am for sure getting stronger because I did alot more pull ups and push ups than I ever had. I would still like to see more in the weight loss department. P90X has levels where you can work and I think next week I may go for the "lean"which is pretty much all cardio. Plus I have maxed out the dumbells I have and I need new ones( 15-20 lbs) so I can start to build muscle again
cardio tonight, weights again on Thursday and playing tennis thursday night
