Kempo last night. I kind of hit it hard but my back is killing me from day 38. Still got the heart rate up and finished. I like how they are adding new exercises so your body does not get used to the same thing( muscle confusion). Had a Myoplex bar and some water and hit the bed at 10:30PM. Trying to get into bed and asleep before 11 everyday from now on. Need more sleep.
