Is to be Yoga X which if you read this blog in the past, I did not do and did not like doing. I just feel like a tool doing yoga; although I know its because I lack flexibility and cannot do the moves so I get frustrated. I wanna keep the p90x train going though so I am not sure what I am going to do tomorrow morning? any suggestions?
Hey. Just following a few P90X blogs and came across yours. I've done the Yoga X before and I agree it's long and tedious. People have told me that yoga helps with muscle toning so its probably best to keep up with the yoga (although I stopped doing yoga myself, haha).
ReplyDeleteI think though, the purpose of Yoga X is to get some cardio in every second day, so instead of doing Yoga X, maybe you can try substituting it for another cardio exercise such as Kenpo or Plyo? Just an idea.
