Wide Grip Pull Up Round 1-10 Round 2-5
Millitary Push Up Round 1-15 Round 2- 10
Underhand Pull Up Round 1-10 Round 2-8
Wide arm push up Round 1-12 Round 2-12
Closed Grip Pull up Round 1-8 Round 2-4
Decline Push up Round 1-12 Round 2-10
Heavy Pants Round 1(12w/25 lbs) Round 2( 12 w/25 lbs)
Diamond Push up Round 1-10 Round 2-3
Lawnmower Round 1 Right arm( 12w/25lbs) Round 2 Right Arm( 15 w/25lbs)
Round 1 Left arm( 14 w/25 lbs) Round 2 Left Arm (15 w/25 lbs)
Divebomber Push Up Round 1-11 Round 2-7
Back Flys Round 1-10 w/15 lbs Round 2-12 w/15 lbs)
Started getting way tired during round 2
