Went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Had about 10 wings, 1 heineken, and a basket of onion rings. Did not work out last night. Had to punish myself today. Oatmeal for breakfast, grilled chiken salad and protein shake for lunch.
Have church tonight and then I need to workout. It will be day 13 I think. Its the start of the last three week cycle. I weight 160 this morning. Starting to see some slim down. Need to push myself this next week and really start to see the results and feel the burn
