Kick ass cardio last night. Got through it. Very hard and was worn out totally but doing alrigh today.
Had an awful meeting today but was able to get lunch at subway. Six inch Italian BMT, baked chips, diet lemonaide.
Breakfast this morning was 3egg whites scrambled with 1 egg whole. 1 piece honey, wheat toast.
Tonight for dinner I don't know. Day 9 is the arms and shoulders I think. Got my free weights so I can knock that out tonight.
