since I have blogged and worked out. Did not P90x yesterday and not since last Tuesday so that would be 1 day in the last 2 weeks. More than anything, I am tired and my wife is tired too. Just being lazy. On the plus side, I have been eating well and am down to 155. my target weight is 150. I look pretty good but have been losing so muscle definition in my arms. My abs look great because of the lack of fat. Need to get back on the horse though. Could probably really pop if I got into it hard for the next 10 days.
